Accessibility Statement

KizunaCon is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees, vendors, artists, and staff. The Company recognizes the importance of accessibility and strives to accommodate individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and venue capabilities.

All KizunaCon events are hosted in professionally operated venues that are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including accessible entrances, restrooms, and common areas. Event layouts are designed to maintain clear walkways, accessible seating areas, and reasonable circulation space within exhibitor halls and programming rooms.

Attendees who require accessibility accommodations, including mobility assistance, seating considerations, or other reasonable requests, are encouraged to contact the KizunaCon team in advance of the event. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and accommodated to the extent reasonably possible within venue and operational constraints.

KizunaCon works closely with venue staff to ensure accessibility features are properly identified and available throughout the event. Event staff and volunteers receive guidance on assisting attendees respectfully and directing accessibility-related inquiries to appropriate personnel.

While KizunaCon does not provide on-site medical services or personal attendants, the Company is committed to open communication and proactive planning to support an inclusive event experience. Accessibility information, including venue-specific details and contact information, is made available prior to each event.

KizunaCon continually evaluates its operations and welcomes feedback to improve accessibility and inclusivity at future events.
