Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, registering, exhibiting, or attending a KizunaCon event, or by accessing the KizunaCon website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase tickets or attend the event.

Event Admission

Admission to KizunaCon events is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket or badge. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as outlined in the Refund Policy. KizunaCon reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

Event Changes

KizunaCon reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to dates, times, locations, programming, guests, and exhibitors. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds, except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

Code of Conduct

Attendees, vendors, artists, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or illegal activity will not be tolerated. KizunaCon reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event, without refund.

Photography and Media Release

By attending a KizunaCon event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, or other media may be captured in which you may appear. You grant KizunaCon the right to use such media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at a live event involves inherent risks. By attending KizunaCon, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KizunaCon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at or participation in any event. KizunaCon’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.

Vendor and Exhibitor Terms

Vendors and artists agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws. KizunaCon is not responsible for vendor merchandise, transactions, or disputes between vendors and attendees.

Accessibility

KizunaCon is committed to providing an accessible event experience and hosts events in ADA-compliant venues. Accessibility requests should be submitted in advance and will be accommodated where reasonably possible.

Prohibited Items and Behavior

KizunaCon reserves the right to prohibit items or behavior that may pose safety or operational concerns, including but not limited to weapons, hazardous materials, or disruptive conduct, in accordance with venue policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

KizunaCon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Company’s website and will apply to future events.
