Refund Policy
General Policy
All ticket sales for KizunaCon events are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly outlined in this policy.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event that KizunaCon must cancel an event in its entirety, ticket purchasers may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the Company’s discretion, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
If an event is rescheduled, postponed, or modified, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be provided solely due to schedule changes.
Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:
-
Duplicate ticket purchases
-
Documented medical emergencies
-
Other exceptional situations as determined by KizunaCon
Approval of refunds under special circumstances is not guaranteed and is subject to review by the Company.
Guest, Programming, or Schedule Changes
Guest appearances, programming schedules, and event features are subject to change without notice. Changes to guests, panels, or programming do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Third-Party Ticketing Fees
Service fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms or payment processors are non-refundable and are governed by the policies of those providers.
Refund Request Process
Requests for consideration under special circumstances must be submitted in writing to KizunaCon at contact@kizunacom.com, including relevant supporting documentation where applicable. Requests must be submitted prior to the event date unless otherwise specified.
Policy Updates
KizunaCon reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
